  LOSING AHMAD
68 Min. 2006

INFO  GALLERY  TRAILER

Unfortunately, the tragedies of war are increasing dramatically as greater numbers of victims are drawn from our most vulnerable population—our children. For many years, Iraqi and middle eastern children have lived many wars in our recent history, and each one of them was affected physically, mentally or socially each in a different extend. These traumatized children and their desperate families are an easy catch to those who seek funding under the umbrella of helping children and victims to our brutal reality.

Ahmad Sharif, a seven year-old from Baghdad, losses his sight and right arm to an American bomb that exploded as he returned home from school. Four Americans travel to the Kuwait-Iraq border to pick up Ahmad and escort him to New York for medical care hoping that he might eventually see again. But on the way to the US, however, everything changes and the humanitarian mission becomes a dirty business.
